1. Donations and Refunds

All donations made to Akalk Foundation are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances such as:
• An incorrect donation amount was made.
• Duplicate transactions occurred.
• Unauthorized use of a payment method.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at akalkfoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Provide:
• Your full name
• Transaction ID
• Date of donation
• Reason for refund

We will review your request and if approved, we will credit the amount into the source account within 7–10 business days.

3. Changes to Refund Policy

Akalk Foundation reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
